windows 10 Hybrid notebook for stealth

So I have my eye on a cheap but functional dedicated stealth computer that takes up a very small amount of room. I currently do everything on my windows 7 desktop and I would rather have all the ebay jazz separate.

Would something like the below be functional for stealth? Would there be any confusion with the user accounts and wireless printing?

Cool, thought it seemed pretty decent. This is deriving from me wanting fibre so will just run this and a dongle I think.
