Entropay Euros and not GBP
 

Hi, when using entropay for the first time on a new ebay, how do i change payment from euros to gbp ?

Nothing i can see on ebay paypal or entropay to change

i click on change at the top and all it says is add a credit or debit card

there seems to be no option to get billed in sellers currency

You mean you want to be billed by eBay for selling fees in a different currency?

If so, you need to change the billing currency on eBay on the below link.

no, when trying to buy an item from the uk by entropay, the charge is in euro and then they convert to gbp, so am paying conversion charges

Oh sorry I misunderstood.

When you signed up to Entropay did you tell them your country was outside of the UK? I have never experienced anything other than £ transactions although when signing up obvioiusly I told them im in the UK.

Had that before Christmas.

Ended up sending an email to entropay support.

Sorted then.

Had the same issue last week. Entropay allowed me to open a second account: one for USD and one for EUR.
