From 5/500 to 20/1800 to 60/4500 in 10 day span
 

Had a eBay account that I created about 6 months ago just sitting. Listed just one of the safe suggested items talked about on this forum and next day was given a limits increase from 5/500 to 20/1800. I them listed 20 items all under $10. After selling a few items and shipping next day and sometimes same day safely I woke up to an increase of 60/4500. Never had increases like this until I started reading what you guys had to say. Thanks everybody. Just thought I would share.

Usually if you ship super fast like same day you get increases I've noticed

I always shipped fast and printed labels as soon as item sold even if I didn't ship until next day.

Great post, let me ask you this.... was this account already linked with a paypal etc? So was it properly setup etc and just sat or did you need to go about verifying either the ebay or paypal before you sold items recently?

Usually properly set accounts as described are the ones that flourish.

paypal and ebay want to see accounts that present less hassles. When there is a verfied paypal attqched, this helps for limit increases.

Thats so odd. I had a 5/500 I created about 6months ago and started listing on it 2 months ago. Got a raise to 20/3000, then 40/3000, today 60/4500.

Yes it was already linked to a verified PayPal account. They were both created at the same time.

For all noobies read carefully and listen to what GreenBean says. Been following GB since I found the boards and I pretty much did all the things GB and some of the other vets suggested.
