Yeah thats a horrible idea, there just giving everyone shared ips and have over 25 million users according to them. So just a matter of time before your accounts would get limited using their service

If your going to be using a VPN for ebay stealth you need to go with a reliable company & get a dedicated ip not shared ip

Services like betternet are good for unblocking sites like facebook youtube for people in certain countries... not good for stealth accounts
