Help with 0/0 limits.
 

So I've created stealth gmail, PayPal (with VCC) and eBay.

The eBay is set a 0/0.

I have done the usual procedure....

go to my eBay > all selling > request higher limits > fill in data and link to PayPal

BUT...the only way I can see to get around this now is to "verify yourself by adding bank account".

I don't want to add a bank account on a brand new account so can anyone see a way around this?

There is no way around it.

If you receive a 0/0 you need to add a bank account to increase the limits.

Usual thing for the UK is to have a verified and confirmed paypal,attached to the ebay.

That provides selling limits.

But my PayPal accounts are verified using a VCC, email address and mobile number??

You can only verify a paypal in the UK by adding a bank account.

All you have done is added a VCC.

No they are not.

Bank account verifies.

VCC confirms.

Need to verify PayPal with a bank account
Then add VCC
Then turn it into a sellers account

You will then not get the 0/0 limits

So does that mean that people on here who claim to have 50 accounts all have 50 bank accounts?

You used to be able to get away with not verifying the PayPal first

Last few months though a verified PayPal is a must

Nearly all UK sellers have verified UK PayPals for sale
