How to get real shipping detail from tracking number

if package is showing " delivered at New York, NY"

it doesnot show if it delivered at 123 main st, or 124 main st.

How can ebay /paypal know if the package is really delivered?

A site or tool to reveal the true shipping address details just from tracking number?

Maybe a privacy issue.

All depends on carrier.....

USPS will only show delivered to zip code.

would your shipping receipt/paperwork have the house number and address and tracking number on it and match up with tracking number on website,,,,

depends on carrier/courier,
usually it will be only what is available on line, limited to zipcode, the rest of the details are not uploaded.
