The only cards I can buy are with paypal gift card website and sometimes they go through and sometimes the purchase won't be authorized. (It's just luck, but they do work.
If you buy a $500 dollar gift card on ebay and your paypal gets limited, the card will still work, but after you use that card on another account the account and card might get limited because it shows which account name the card was purchased from. This happened once to me a few years ago. I'm not sure if this is still the issue, but it's happened to me. |
