My Ebay Accounting Excel Spreadsheet; keep track of profit and loss, organize
 

This forum has been a life saver for me through college and a crappy part time job. The information and the community support has been tremendous. I wanted to give back just a little bit by sharing an excel sheet I created to keep track of my sales. I have the excel part down, but not the sharing, so if any of the functions don't work let me know.

The sheet should calculate:

-net profit in dollar amount and percentage (after subtracting shipping, cost of item and eBay and paypal fees)

-gross profit (before expenses

-total eBay and paypal fees (eBay set to calculate 10% of sale price and pp 4%, let me know if those rates are different)

-total from all accounts (net and gross)

-to get profit per month, one must manually sum up items sold in given month

I think that's all...Feel free to ask any question or let me know if this was useless/didn't work.

Thank you for the Spreadsheet I appreciate to have something to see if my business is growing or drowning ;) - Could you please let me know what amount or percentage do I use in the ACCT column?

Thank you! This is very helpful. I need to make some changes to it, but the layout is great, and the cell formulas help.
