Ebay phone verify fail
 

Hey guy, one of my ebay account ran into a problem this past week. When I go to list new items, it ask that I need to verify the phone number I have on file. I click the call me now button and keep getting an error message from ebay stating that the service is temporary down and to try another time. I keep getting this error for the last 6 days now. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Account info: have over 200 feedback with only one negative. Everything in good standing.

Just try to use ''send message'' instead of call. I used it when they asked me last time then had same error like you. but used ''back'' button and entered the pin they sent me. All was fine.

It happens a lot lately even after you confirm the number through the automated system. Easy fix on the phone too. The rep will call you and then just click a button and the problem goes away.
