Making another stealth account
 

I want to create another ebay/paypal account, My question is would I be able to list an item without adding vanilla visa card, so that I can see my selling limit on eBay? My concern is I want to see my selling limit for my new stealth account. thanks.

Not sure I understand the question.
You want to create a new ebay and paypal. In order to register the account as a seller account youll need to use either a bank account on the paypal account or a VCC (such as a Vanilla card) on either the ebay or paypal account.
Once you create the seller account youll see the limits on the 'all selling' page on ebay.
Not sure why you wouldnt want to add a Vanilla card as it is not an expensive thing to do.

I just want to know if I will be able to list an item on eBay without vanilla visa card on paypal. Or eBay will take connect me to paypal to put credit card first?

Nope. Of course I can. Just curious if I will be able to see eBay selling limit without adding first the vanilla card. I know that I need to have vcc or bank account attached to receive money. Just curious If I will be able to see selling limit without adding vanila visa card

you can add a bank account and start selling.
