Buying on eBay w/ business bank account

Hello, so I would like to buy from eBay with my new business banking account.

I just tried buying as a guest with no success.

This is a NEW bank account with NO prior history with paypal. I did enter my real name that is banned from paypal details. Can they really link me off buying guest since I'm using my real info?
