Also sold more 1K of items... $270 fund available.. $900 still in hold at paypal..

NOW, Paypal system does not let me add a bank, nor can I send $$ to someone, Nor can I use $$ to buy something on Ebay..

call paypal.. told them that illegal money hold class action..

agent says she cannot do anything; it is due to the system. She asks my SSN; i refused.. She said she already saw my SSN; just wanna verify it.. I said NO.

I will wait for the account to cool down..


This is account is 90% verified. Who cares..

That's a very young account and the fact they wont allow you to send money - especially when it is not even verified by bank - is no surprise but rather standard operating procedure for them.
As for adding a bank account - what bank account were you trying to add? make sure it is not a blacklisted one since those paypal wouldnt allow you to add anyway.
