Possible Velocity Bot
 

Is there a possibility that there is a velocity bot for new accounts that sell name brand items? I've noticed in the past, if I had listed 5 items a day that all went well. Now, I have around 13 items that sell well, and I get hit with the "replica/counterfeit" message and listings removed. I did not receive the VERO message.

Is this a bot that counts the increase in listings with amount of sales and volume, or is this a competitor reporting the listings?

Also, after receiving that message, can this account be cooled and relist the item or is it tagged as if VERO?

AFAIK you can't get listings removed for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ by simply reporting them without being the rights owner... maybe triggering from other things such as selling for low, not having enough pictures/using a stock picture, and in combination with the low history of the account ebay decides you may be selling counterfeits.

Oddly enough, when I sold in lower mass listing numbers I never had a problem for months. I always used my own photo with a full description. I can only point it to the massive influx of product listings and it makes them suspicious.
