need a little advice
 

I recently received a negative on eBay, I managed to sort the problem out with the buyer issued him a refund and he revised the feedback. I blocked him, I always block them after that (not that it happens a lot). The name of the person is very recognisable. So guess what the bugger orders again off me today (not sent it) off a different account but everything is in the same name, address etc. What would you do? Just cancel the order refund him and let him know your on to him?

Actually you should have blocked him on ALL accounts. Did you do that?

For me, I would ignore you know him but handle carefully.

He is likely to give you a negative though if you do this is he not?

Why did he give you a negative first time around?

He obviously knows you blocked him so it seems like a 'hostile buyer' to me.

OK now confused.

Are you saying OP the buyer is using a second account to buy off you, or he is buying from a second account of yours?:noidea:

He said a different account which I took to mean another selling account

We cross posted too.

I said ignore the bar steward but treat carefully.

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I'm selling this item on just one account, he set up a different account to buy of me twice

He Just put item not described. I just refunded him. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle.

is the new account he bought off you with brand new? if it is,its either a freakish coincidence or else he your stealth accounts

It was 10 quid. Nah he never returned it. Thats how i got it removed fast, i told him just revise the feedback and i will refund you
