We were unable to load your cart
 
I just had a buyer tell me that he was trying to buy from me and nothing in my store would allow him to add to cart and buy. Has anyone else seen this?

I just went into Stealth and looked up an item, and it gave me the following:


Your eBay Shopping Cart

We were unable to load your cart. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support or send us feedback.

Would it be linked to paypal that I had not provided a SSN or EIN # to Paypal and so I am blocked from selling. I did get an email today from Paypal saying they had limited my privileges. But I sold a bunch of stuff today.....
