Paypal limited my account but the ebay account is still good. Can I use an old paypal account that I have noy used for a while to process payments on the ebay account???

You can do a lot of things, yes...you CAN add another PayPal but be prepared to have that Paypal shutdown within months or sooner. So, as long as your aware of the consequences I say do whatever you need to do.
