Agreed, windows 10 spies too much. Never trust free software. Especially when it is trying so hard to make you upgrade.

Windows 10 is a HORRIBLE OS. First of all, it shares too much information about you. Second, you will find that a lot of your current software and settings will need to be updated. And for what? A flaky operating system...

Notr worth the upgrade, if you ask me.

Trying to buy windows7 laptops on ebay; not many options.. all are pretty old

Are those regular windows 7 sold on eBay ok in you guys' opinion? It says it has no license key, but I'm thinking of just getting one of those ram covers with the windows 7 key sold on eBay for like 5 bucks, would buying these 2 together make it all work nice and smooth? Thx.

Regarding the "spying" issue with Windows 10, you can turn all of it off. If that isnt enough ensure download PeerBlock and whitelist IPs one by one

Hey guys,

Thank you for your comment, yestreday I bought a brand new laptop and it has windows 10, i asked for windows 7 but they don't have.

Does it possible to change it to windows 7? It will have any bad effect and make the pc slowlier or it has nothing to deal with that?

Don't worry. Windows 7 will not slow down your PC. CPU speed and available RAM are the key points for performances in windows environment.

I prefer Windows 7 but am using Windows 10 now with a large number of accounts. It is a bit more of a pain to create different user accounts but apart from that no real issues.

One major plus on W10 is how quick the start up process is compared to W7.

For 100 accounts, I would try to alternate the variables as much as I can. The OS is one of the very important variables. Therefore, I would make sure some accounts are using Win 7, others are using Win 8...Win 10...and sometimes even older OS's like Vista and XP (rarely).

So, to answer your questions...yes...I would use Win 10, too...because I would need a lot of OS variety for 100 accounts. But I would make sure that I turn off all the spyware.
For managing just a couple of accounts, I would just stick to Win 7, though, because it's more reliable than any other Windows OS (except Windows Server :D)

Keep in mind that Win 10 is spying a lot but it sends most of the info to Microsoft. Other big players (like ebay and amazon, because that's we are all interested in) don't really get most of the info that Win 10 collects.

Counterattack to Microsoft is in place. The internet community already developed privacy tools to shut down, or at least reduce, infos sent to Microsoft :)

I really wouldn't be too concerned about this TBH since a huge number of ebayers are going to be using W7/8 or 10.

Yeap...it's not mandatory, but I would do it as a precaution measure. Because, at some point, I might make a small mistake like using the same element (eg: using the same father initial...it's just an example :D) on all my accounts, and raise a small flag. If ebay checks why the small flag is raised by 100 accounts, only variations/ differences between those accounts would be able to save them :D

Well i just bought windows 7 cd disk from eBay, I guess I will just downgrade it, i always used windows 7 and prefer to keep it haha

It shouldn't be hard to downgrade, right?

Its kinda easy to get 100 bank accounts. But to keep money in there so that you wont get charged some kind of fee is another story.

Problem is people can't think outside the box, people assume that because one might have 50-80 accounts that each one automatically has a bank account. I only put a bank account on a stealth that I know is a winner and won't crap out on me too soon.

I do the same thing, I wont attach a bank account until the ebay account has made some $1k-2k at min. That should be around 30-40 sales.

Does anyone use any of these tools as im a noob with this software, i use windows 10 and each time i use a new account i turn all spying options off but maybe this isnt enough?

I am upgrading to windows 8.1 pro, still going to use the windows 7 shell with it. I am talking about the business laptop. The gaming laptop already has windows 8.1.
