What to do with unused eBay account?
 

I've got a linked eBay account which I've just stopped using. Does anyone have any good ideas what to do with it? I suppose I'll just ignore it unless something comes up, seems a waste of a good account to leave it doing nothing.

What's the feedback on it? Whats its history?

Could be a nice little sum for you if all is good.

Seems a shame that you are not using it yourself and doing something, anything, with it.

I don't need to sell on it, already have plenty of other accounts. Feedback is 100% I think, 2000+ positives. Can't sell it as it's linked to my main account. Just leave it I suppose?!

Did you have any choice? Usually when you are "linked" your selling limits are reduced to 0/0, making the account worthless.

If the account has your actual address on file, save it to use as a buying account.

I would never sell on an account I had actually used myself, I do not know what someone else will do with it, and it could come back to me one way or another if it was serious....

you can use it for subversiveness if some buyer/seller annoys you....shill your own auctions....stuff like that

Option 2: don't sell on it
Option 3: give it away

OP if your main account goes below standard,then you can switch to this other one...
exact thing happened to me...still havent gone back to the one that went below standard, as the twin account is doing nicely and no need...the below standard one went back to standard without doing a thing, just resting.....
