Monthly Sales Strategy
 

This just an open ended thread to start some good discussion. I am sitting here planning my monthly sales strategy, calculating profits for potential items and figuring out total monthly costs vs. profits.

I started thinking...hmmm...I wonder how others do this? How do you determine what items you order and how much to sell each month? Do you have a set monthly profit margin you shoot for? I have a lot of different items I sell that range in prices.

Lately I have been trying to do a better job at monthly planning and sticking to my plan. Once I get a strategy down that works, I will stick to it every month. The objective is to know exactly how much I will bring in from ebay monthly minus the fees, shipping, etc.
