Hey guys, I have a vpn which addressed in buffalo NY,

If I purchase a stealth account from stealth shop, and the address for the stealth shop account is in a different state should this be a concern?

You can ask the VPN provider to change your IP to an area near you.

Thanks, is it really necessary you think?

Is it recommended that the vpn address and address you have on file with ebay be within a certain minimum distanceof each other?

I would not use a VPN most have overused IP addresses.

As long as your IP is i n the same country you are good to go.

i wouldn't use a vpn, i would use a vps as it is a dedicated ip and less likely to be used.

VPNs are perfectly fine IF you get them from a company that specifically states they're "clean, dedicated & fresh" ips.

I've seen a few vpn services make this claim, and there's a seller on here (123) that sells fresh IPs (http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-ac...-provider.html) and I can only say good things about his service.

People usually associate VPNs with the services people use to torrent/pirate stuff, in which case they're right... those are garbage for stealth.

Yeah as Yankee mentioned as long as the country matches and the ip is fresh your good to go! And as Mitsu stated VPNs are great for stealth, anyone who says they dont work or has a bad perception of vpns are simply using bad providers, tons of users use vpns for many years now without any issues

VPS are also good, but I prefer VPNs because its much easier and more efficent to do things like multi-task with a VPN especially when you combine it with VMware, unlike a VPS which severely limits your options when trying to manage multiple stealth accounts
