Can someone verify what is "@tpa.ebay.com"

So 2 weeks ago I got a email from a xxxx@tpa.ebay.com. I been searching what the heck is the source of this email and then received another from yyyy@tpa.ebay.com.

From my searches I find it odd that there are users with that format for a username on ebay but all have 0 feedback. Are these ebay workers sending these things?
