I have been working directly with ebay the past couple months on two on my EIN accounts(also in my real name) Big selling limits, free listings, cases/claims/violations/requests all dont count against you and you have several days to work through them with ebay. Items DO NOT GET REMOVED. Ebay calls you and discusses your plan.
The bad, you have to talk to ebay daily. You get a special rep and a separate contact number to call to resolve issues.
Not sure if anyone else has deal with this or if it has already been posted because I did not read all the threads and have been busy and not on the forum. Sorry of it is a repeat. |

I love talking to eBay, especially the women! You just keep it light, joke with them, and they're your best friend. Not sure if you've ever worked in any kind of call center, but it's pretty much the most boring and depressing job on the planet. 90% of the time the person on the other end is either A. a complete moron, or B. rude and angry (and blaming you for his or her problem). The 3% of customers who are polite are like ANGELS, and the 1% who are also funny and enjoyable to talk to you will basically move heaven and earth for, because they are your ray of sunshine in an otherwise cloudy world. |

If you decide to call ebay/paypal PLEASE be polite. Ebay may have treated you unfairly, but its not the poor customer service guy's fault. They will appreciate the kindness and patience you show them and reward you with better service and results. |
