Require immediate payment but buyers are still able to purchase and not make payment

So I have "Require immediate payment" checked marked in my auctions, below it it says credit cards and I checked that to.

My questions is I had 2 buyers that were still able to buy my products requiring immediate payment but was able NOT make a payment immediate.

How did they slip through? Am I doing something wrong?

Below it where it says credit cards, what exactly does that pertain to, does it mean immediate payment to buyers using a credit card only?

Just to confirm, they didn't buy via "best offer", did they?

I think i figured out why

"Requirements to list with the immediate payment option
To use the immediate payment option in your listing, you must meet the following requirements:

Have an eBay seller account in good standing.

Have a PayPal Premier or PayPal Business account when you list your item. Find out more about upgrading your PayPal account.

Specify a Buy It Now price of no more than $10,000.

Specify shipping costs or offer free shipping when you list your item.

Include all other related costs, such as taxes, so your buyer knows exactly how much to pay."

i dont have a paypal premier or business account

Wait, wait, wait.

You said these were auctions?

You can't require immediate payment on an auction. A lot of the time the winning bidder isn't logged onto eBay when they win. How could you expect them to pay instantly on an auction?

exactly, you can't force someone who wins an auction to pay immediately it only works for BIN

You can have auction and BIN at same time on same sale item.

I don't think you can even mark that unless you have a BIN attached...

I upgraded to a premier. Too many cowboys buying my BIN auctions and not paying. Once person wanted me to give him the item for a low price and when I denied him he had his buddy bid and not pay to make me offer him the phone for the low price

Competitors buying my last products with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts just to knock me out so they can sell
