Listings on old Accounts..
 

Hi..
I have an eBay account from 2009 but was a personal account.
I have changed into a business account and wanted to know if there would be any issues with listing products 100 at a time..

The account itself is unlimited and has no restrictions whatso ever..

No..
Its been buying since then but no selling activity since 2009..
The account is 100% unlimited and never had any issues previously

Then you need to start it SLOOOW. if you go nuts and list too much to quick it can get into trouble.

How slow is slow..
100 at a time
50 at a time or even slower

1 to 5 item range and wait for the sales to be completed.

Since you haven't used it for years for selling, eBay treats your account new again. Sell 1-10 items per mo for 1-3mo.

I have other accounts as well just wanting to add some new lines that are completely different to the others..
I sell and list quite a few on the other ebay i have but want to keep it as 2 separate businesses..

start slow 1-10 sales for the first month and gradually increase every month. Set up your plan. Preparation is everything.

I would list 1 item. You can list an auction or a BuyItNow. If you list a BuyItNow then you can add some quantity to it. This still counts as 1 listing. You could probably put a quantity of 100 up without issue, or at least no more an issue than listing a quantity of 1. After 12-24 hours has rolled by and the listing is visible on ebay, then you can list a couple more. Same rules apply with the auction or BuyItNow. Wait 12-24 hours until those are visible, then list about 4 more things. Thats the most aggressive approach I would take. This is what I do on my US accounts. I have never had an issue thus far.
