Can I have some help please?
 

Hi everyone?

My account is below standard atm.

I've just been doing research and it says above 5% then you are below standard my percent was 11.54% on 20th February then it was 3.75% a week later and now is 2.88% another week later my seller dashboard is still projected to be below standard on 20th March which I don't fully understand as 2.88% is below 5%.

I have now sold 136 items now its 104 its been reviewed on (3 defect rates I have so 3 divided by 104 is 2.88% so surely I should be above standard by the 20th March?

Or am I missing something here?

Maybe your "cases closed without seller resolution" is above 0.30?

Idk, but that's what got me suspended from selling "only". I cancelled transactions because buyers wouldn't pay after messaging and messaging. So I said, I was out of stock when I wasn't, only because I didn't want them to try and pay and I've already resold it. Still got me in trouble and they gave me no option to appeal even when they saw my messages. Point is, they want the small sellers gone, just IMO, regardless I've been paying them 2 0r 300 a month. Others pay a lot more and that's what they want, so just use stealth and do nothing to mess your ratings up.

My cases closed without seller resoloution was above 0.30% that's why it was below standard. I thought I was doing the right thing by asking eBay to step in but by doing that it put defect rates on my account something I wasn't even aware of. My limits are lowered and I can't use that account anymore as I will need to sell 1000 items to get out of it and I can only sell 50 a month now but I have other stealth accounts so unlucky eBay I'm still selling on your site and above standard on other accounts LOL.. Plus I won't be paying those fees I owe you either HAHA..
