Will selling limit be adjusted if I decrease the quality of items in BIN

Say for instance I list a Buy It Now with 5 times of quality which would take from my selling limt. If I were to revise and take 2 items out for a total of 3 selling will my selling limit be adjusted and increased back to compensate for those 2 items I removed?
