Address Change

I need to change my address on both my paypal and ebay. I had the accounts for almost 2 months now and I need advice on how to do it before I do anything foolish. Once I enter a new address on paypal do I need register a new card or can I just update the zip code that I already have on pp at onevanilla.com?

They'll authorize the card again so make sure you have funds available on that specific card.
But remember - this is stealth so changing the address doesnt really even have to be on the table...
