What steps are needed to prepare a MacBook for stealth use as far as clearing history ect.

1) Download and install VMWare Fusion
2) Download .ISO for virtual OS of your choice (Win XP works great and is lightweight)
3) Create virtual machine in VMWare and use .ISO to install OS on virtual machine
4) Configure internet access within your VM to use whatever IP source you are using (VPN, dongle, tether, etc..)

That's the best way, and that's the method I use so I can access my stealth accounts on a PC or a Mac.

It's the same as a Windows machine.

Both have user accounts and that's what you should use with a new account.
