hi if i purchase U.S.A or U.K high limit stealth ebay account is it okey to attach it to turkish paypal. does it work can i operate without problem ? ofc with VPN is it safe ?

If you use a UK ebay it has to be a UK paypal attached to the ebay account. I don't know about the US. Someone will be along in a bit ti tell you.
