Change phone # in ebay and paypal
 

Is it safe to update my ebay and paypal profiles with a new number? I havent used my tracfone in a year, and now its deactivated and the number has been given to someone else.

So I need to activate a new phone and update my number. I am wondering if this is safe. I logged onto my account while out of town and paypal wants to confirm my identity since they saw that I was in another state.

Gosh, you might have major problems now.

To get that number accepted by paypal is very difficult these days.

Many threads on the forum about this.

Yea I am seeing this. No big deal, I have other accounts. But this is the first time I've seen this verification.
