Is it allowed to offer live chat on my eBay listing

As the topic, is it allowed to offer live chat options on my eBay listing?

I read somewhere that it's not allowed.But at the same time I see live chat software on eBay apps store.

No contact it allowed outside of ebay msgnr to prevent scams. Yes it's very easy and safe to get away with but Not when you have a live chat set up in the auctions. That's way to blatant

I have a difficult enough time managing my messages. I can't imagine having to deal with a chatbox as well...

A live chat that has a phone app to reply instantly to your customers would be awesome.
