Withdrawing funds from US paypal?

Hello,

Im new here, please bear my noob question.

To be honest i dont live in US (asia country) and im new to this arbitrage game, somehow im stuck in the information regarding withdrawing funds from paypal US? is there is a way to withdraw funds from US paypal to my local bank account without a risk to lose my accounts?

i've heard that payoneer does not work for US paypal anymore....

Your best bet would be a US bank account

You can not withdraw to VBA in the USA.

You can find other methods, but you will need to do some research. Most other methods will take fees out of your account (try looking into bitcoin for some ideas)

Any method other than withdrawing to a US bank account will have risk associated with it.
There are ways to open a US bank account in almost any country in the world if you look hard enough - so do your research with regards to your specific country.

Thank you for all the response, if i was possible to open a US bank account for individual...is this can be used when i upgrade paypal to business?
