I appreciate English isn't your first language but you haven't actually stated what the problem is.

Are you being hit with an MC121 when you list your first item?
If so, what are they asking you for?

Well, you'll need to decide whether to supply it or to ditch the account and make a new one.

If you go for the first option, you'll probably find a few folk able to help in the marketplace. ;)
