Help on new Ebay stealth

Hi there.
I have my eBay and PayPal linked and verified. I have 0 feedback. Do you think I should buy a few one pound items to gain some feedback? I wish to sell Microsoft Windows 7 keys and I think that is high risk what do you think?
How should I go about it? Should I list a few household stuff like clothes or something and wait a week or two then start selling the keys? Or after a month? Please tell me step by step on how to do this
I have purchased the book and needed some advice please
