Convert Stealth Account to Real Account ?

hey everyone!!
guys i got eBay and PayPal Stealth Accounts ok! and y'all know what gonna happen when i hit the 20K in year so my friend got a local business and we got a deal so we can work together online << so now i want to put the ebay account under his business name and my question is :

can i create a real Paypal account under my friend business name and unlink the stealth paypal account from the ebay and link the real one!! and change ALL the info in the ebay account to match the real paypal account ??

you can still go through his business for tax reasons but there is no benefit in changing name of ebay.
