Ebay / Paypal Charged in Euro not GBP

Hi, i use entropay cards to buy on ebay and am having issues because i keep getting a price i gbp but when i go to pay this goes into euros and back again. So i may a conversion charge each time.

I have asked entropay who say check paypal who say speak to ebay. No one is helping resolve this.

All sites i use are co.uk so this makes no sense and must be some kind of settings issue
