Hi guys:)

I got few questions about creating stealth account if I am in Moldova which I cannot answer, so kindly help me with this:)

fаkе ID, fаkе details.

1) Registering new PP and VCC, should I use fаkе IDs and information?
2) If I live in Moldova - should I create specifically Moldavian VCC account? Or it's absolutely doesn't matter, I mean does the PP check whether the VCC is Moldavian or not?
3) Then goes the next question - I believe the best way to create all the accounts is to use one billing address and etc for all the accounts, VCC,PP,EB?
4) I found the info that one PP allows to have 2 Ebay accounts. Can they get linked and suspended by ebay if all the rules with anonymity are met?
5) Do the VCC service provide to PP all the information about my real details If I've registered account with my real ID's and info? Does the same thing applies to sharing info from PP to Ebay accs?
6) Question about the item return, if I've registered my account in Italy for example, how I can not get screwed up and not to lose my package which goes back to me from customer?
7) If I get suspended by PP - do they require my real documents to unblock me, regarding my not real new name, address and etc?

I have noone in Europe and US to provide me with the real addresses, how I can overcome this issue?

first of all let's try to fix some geographical issues.... you have a US flag, you are in Moldova and you are probably going to manage an Italian account with customers boucing back your packages... too many countries involved, try to be more specific.
