Really confused! Please help! eBay seller fees

Hi all. I paid my eBay seller fees this month on time, even little overpaid. So the balance now showing minus -7.49$ That means they owe me now. Not I owe them. But the thing is, I received automatic email from eBay, that my outstanding balance is minus -7.49$ due. And if I will not pay this balance in full, my account will be restricted. They want balance 0.00$ How can I handle this? How can I make my balance to 0.00$ ? Help! I overpaid -7.49$
