how to avoid paypal ebay limit ?

I'm not sure how stealth account works.
I had this stealth account one month ago. I have sold $500 in my paypal now. How much could I sell this month to avoid identity verification by ebay/paypal?

I've sold quite a few more than 500 bucks without the 200/20000 request, but you always have to keep that in mind.

spread out your sales among 10 accounts and you will never have this problem
