Paypal issue

I have paypal account and it wont let me buy anything egiftcards i was just doing it as a test the paypal account is a month old and it some money in money only in there 18 days my account is confirmed bank mobil phone email only thing is not confirmed is credit card could it be the credit card ? any thoughts?

Testing with 'E' purchases is a good way to get limited fast on an account as young as yours.

If these Egift cards are from the paypal digital store you better move on or you do run the risk of getting yourself limited.
