Non payment
 

What would you guys do if someone does a buy it now and didn't pay or won't answer an email and it's been 3 days?

But they were messaging me after they bought a few times and now nothing, so being on stealth is it okay to open a case considering they did a buy it now, when they said they would pay the next day. I understand "life happens" but they could at least respond.

Turn on the unpaid assistance. 2 days. Then they get 4 days to pay. If you do 4 days then they still get 4 days to pay. 8 days too long!

This is why I always tick the 'require immediate payment' box on my listings for 'BINS'. Late payers are pain enough on auctions I don't need them elsewhere too.

This is exactly how I do things.
Dont give anyone a chance to be a non payer. You want the item? pay for it on the spot.
Avoid problems before they become problems.

Thanks and I know about the unpaid buying unpaid assistance, but being on stealth, I don't want to be noticed, lol. And I used to use those boxes for payment due after they win or do, buy it now. But they aren't showing up on my new account, idk why, I've sold almost 100 items and Paypal is going to release the hold in about a week. It's just strange and I as of now I've been waiting on a payment for 2 days. I want to get paid now, or relist it. It's just annoying. Thanks for all the advice, but does anyone know where I can find those boxes where it says, payment due now, or whatever.

They're not showing up on my account, where can I find that option? And thanks in advance ☺️

Go to advance view when you click on listing. Then you will find it where your paypal email is underneth it. Also stealth or not unpaid assistance is just that.
