When attempting to buy a low ammount Email gift card with stealth account i get this error:
!Something went wrong. Please try to check out again.

Error Codes: 70245 70358 TRANSACTION_REFUSED

i have only completed one small transaction ever on this account and it was with the same computer ( no proxy or VPN)

i have a paypal balance from selling successfully on ebay. 21 day hold limit has been taken off for many of the items so far.

What could be the problem? high risk item? but then who would be allowed to purchase giftcards with paypal. i cant see how they could think im anyone else but the paypal account holder at this point....

depend where you are buying the gift card and amount

I found out account has to be over 60 days old and small amounts under 25
