Is this a scam?
 

I got an email to my personal email that states this:

Hello,

I did cancelled my purchase before it went out and was granted a full refund on april 13, $204.99 was refunded to me but on that same day from "xxxxxxxx" $204.99 was taken back out from "xxxxxxxxx."
I dont know whats gong on but I would appreciate it if I get my refund back. I did receive the item and this is not professional. Please give me my money bac and stop taking money out of my account."

So here is what actually happened....this buyer purchased from me on April 12, and stated he purchased it by accident. I went ahead and issued him and refund through paypal and sent him the order cancellation form through ebay.
Thats it.....nothing else happened...I did not ship anything out...and no other activity happened...I even double checked my paypal.
The buyers name is "oyawa"....I am asssuming Nigeran scammer?

If you have refund issued on your Ebay page under sold items and also in PP then rest easy, its clearly a scam from our good friends in Nigeria... maybe ask him if he will give you his bank account details for an investment opportunity where you give him 5.2 billion pounds but need an admin fee from him first...

If a refund was issued then that's the end of it.
Any other issue he can take up with paypal as it is them who can take money from his account - not you.

This must be a new scammer learning the ropes...

Just by this line, they clearly are using a template, dummy forgot to take it out since the OP had not even shipped out the item.

well naturally the payment will still show as taken out in his account (from when he paid) and then show coming back in again.. some people are simple. dont let him try to fool you.

Just ignore it, if he is real let him complain to PP, if not then you shouldn't talk him any more.
