returns not received, do i have to call
 

On 2 different stealth accounts, I accepted a return through's ebay return system and provided a return addres to the buyer. Ebay froze the funds in my PP account. In both cases, I have not received the item back.In one, the buyer messaged me and said he wants to keep the item.

How can I cancel those returns? Do I have to call ebay? (trying to prevent.)

Hi there,

my personal experience is that if the return request is left alone ebay will close it and release your funds, but to be honest this has not happened in a long time for me so I couldn't confirm this for you.

You may not have to call, ebay have other contact options available, could you open a live chat with them to ask?

Personally I hate this system from ebay. Never had a good experience with it. Always been better off dealing with returns directly with the customer.

Sadly US Live Chat no longer exists.

Bit more complicated for the OP.... He needs to go carefully or the accounts will have more trouble.

the buyer has to close it. I just had a case similar. You should ask your buyer to close it.
