Yes and also that IPs get blocked. Both points on importance of IP. I personally dont feel IP is all that important anymore as long as you are not crossing IPs and they come from a relatively not abused place AKA HMA

yes, it would be somewhat wise to imagine how other massive non-rdp-ready, unmanaged VPS providers are out ther primarily compromised of, well, porn stuff, statistically, but most importantly, NOT stealth ebay stuff, you'll understand the likeliness of repeating an abused IP or even blacklisted block is very, very small.

Can someone explain how can I have my own VPS+N?
After a small google research this is what I got -
step 1: Find a data center that will agree to store my pc. 10-100$ per month?
step 2: call big providers to buy an ip pool. 10-100$ per month?
step 3: setup the vps - free? (not including the headache to install it)
step 4: setup the vpn - free.

can anyone share the costs before i'm starting to call data centers and ip providers?
All I want is 100 private dedicated ip's on one laptop stored in the data center.

Store your PC? You mean rent a dedicated server? If so that would be a lot more than 10-100$ per month. Also step 2 wouldn't really work, because most providers will not sell you an ip pool in such small quantities. And on top of that even if they were going to sell you an ip range, it would be a sequential range meaning you'll get a bunch of ips like this

x.x.x.001
x.x.x.002
x.x.x.003
x.x.x.004
x.x.x.005

which would not be a good idea at all

I purchased IP blocks from verizon a couple years ago. Needed a pretty expensive router/modem to utilize and had to pay someone to configure the 129 IPS and they were 100% consecutive and cost a few hundred dollars a month to keep.

Definitely not the best option.

I get it, it's too expensive and not worth the hassle but i'm still curious how that works.

The WWW sells ip's to ISP's? that's the only creator of IP's? the ISP's can't generate new IP's? you buy your ip's from ISP around the world or from middleman that buy in larger quantities from ISPs? who gives permission to create new IPs?

You can call up your Internet Service Provider and buy IP blocks.

But what the OP is talking about is much simpler, cheaper and safer unless you have huge businesses.

I as in ME surely didnt, but is it that little bandwagonhost provider you speak of?

don't sweat it. there are many many many unmanaged VPS providers out there. they come and go like flies

those are providers that come and go like flies. you will not see people buying yearly VPS providers to do a bunch of scamming or bull****. The percentage of people using unmanaged VPS servers as VPNs for ebay/amazon/paypal is STAGGERINGLY low. You have better odds sleeping with Emily Ratajkowski

How much approximately will cost to setup a server to use all those IPs?

get a small, $5 a month, unmanaged VPS and follow the steps the link provides.
