Claims item does not work properly .....returns item back...item functions perfectly.

yea..supposedly not charging and home button not working...charges just fine and home buttons works perfectly.

They probably chose to use that reason so they could return the phone at your expense, rather than their own.

Had a handful of those types of buyers last year, its unfortunate but its the cost of doing business, luckily none so far this year
