Limit increase question
 

Hey guys, today I got notified that my monthly selling limits increased from 11k to 16k.
I called in earlier today when I still had the 11k limit and asked if I could get it increased, and they said I need to wait until next month.
SO....does this mean next month I can get it up to 32k?

Depends on the person you speak to, they can go on your sales percentage.

You can only get an increase once every 30 days.

Yea I was not sure because this increase just happened randomly....so I am assuming if I speak to someone next month I can get another increase.

Doesnt matterif it was a bot that increased you or a rep on the phone. The increase date still gets recorded.

So if you had the increase today, you can only get another one on 20th next month ( unless the bot increases you again)

Not to likely to double unless you list to those limits. A lot of times after a big increase you end up waiting a while for the next depending on the age of the account.

Wow. That's one hell of a limit you have there! Congrats pal. I wish I could get an increase still stuck on 10 listings after a year selling to the limits :-(

Call in and request an increase and open more accounts.

Hi bud,

Cheers for the tip, but would that not put my account under jeapardy and under some heat given it's a stealth account?

And I'm after something more than just 50 per month :P

Tons of threads over the past year of calling in for limit increases. Zero reports of issues.....

The other option is to sell 10 items a month.

If you are really so desperate to get a raise then by all means try and call in, but they won't give you more than a 100 item/£3500 limit for a personal account. If you try organically for increases then you can get much,much higher than this on personal accounts.

If you've waited a year, I would call in and risk losing the account if thats the worst thing that could happen, rather than sit around with 10 listings a month. You must use up your monthly allowance within an hour of them refreshing every month?

Usually by now ebay bots should have increased the allowance for you, I guess their forgetting you for some reason.

Exactly, the struggle is real lol. My listings are used up within the hour of every refresh. Don't know why teh botz haz been missing meh accountzzz :spy: contacted eBay and managed to get the account up to 50 limit! So it seems that there is hope! :clap:

Might need to upgrade the account to a business one soon though to increase limits again. Thanks for the help bud :hs:

Thanks mate, much appreicated. I've managed to get my account up to 50 listings per month now. It's not much compared to all of you :nerd: but at least it's a start! My limit has increased five-fold aha :heh:

Nothing stopping you creating a few more stealths if you need more is there?

I've got another stealth with 50 limit, just don't have enough Bank Accounts for other stealths and numbers to verify the PayPals otherwise would have made a couple :ballchain: Thanks for the tip though, might need to invest in some sim cards and open up a couple more accounts... :spy:

Sounds like a plan, always best not to keep all your eggs in one basket.:peace:

Don't forget that there are many savers that work as well as bank accounts, and with many you can open them online. Halifax, Post Office, BOS, Natwest......to start you off.
