I have been getting "Help us protect your account" message when logging in
 

I have been getting "Help us protect your account" message on my accounts in the last few days when logging on. Ebay states "for a higher level of protection, make sure your personal info is up to date"

I have had this happening and always click next time or do later, forget what it says. But it has my email and phone #

I've read and only found 1 other thread regarding this and had to be paid member to view replies.

Seemed like they want to verify and they send a pin? DO we have to do this or what should be done?

If this has already been answered please forgive me and post me in right direction.

I've been getting it on an account also. I've just been clicking "remind me later" and hoping it goes away eventually.

Mine have been doing it randomly, was 1 at first then another. It's not every log in or every listing but more on the lines of once every other week or something random. Some have even received a lone email saying HELP US PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT.

Just wanted to see if there was course of action or any other methods than clicking remind me later. I have active tracphones for several but not all so not scared of getting a pin if necessary just don't wanna get trapped.

I also was able to turn all my 0/0s that I used with GV number initially into 50/2500s after calling ebay and using some method acting skillz. So def not scared to call those crooks but like to only do that when there is no alternative.

So for now I will keep clicking remind me later. Thanks for your input.
