Listing a sale for pick up only

Hi guys,

A little advice needed. I have some large items I would like to sell that on my stealth account that cannot be shipped. The stealth account is listed as a Florida address. Is it wise to list items on that account and state the item has to picked up at a different address in a different state?
Could I blow my stealth account up over this?

Make a new stealth account in your zip code.

For pick up only items youre really best having an account in the area you are in.

I would always use a new account for pick up only. Too many issues can arise with buyers paying with paypal even if you state cash on collection. And we all know how that can end...
