Will My eBay Account become banned again?
 

Hello,
2-3 years ago I created my last ebay account, this was whilst I was under 18 and ebay had banned it indefinitely. I had created several accounts and had notcied that ebay would ban them within 10-15 minutes of the account being created. I opened a new ebay account about 1-2 weeks ago and have already sold a few items and still have some active and I have not received any message from ebay in regards to my account becoming banned. How big is the possibility that eBay will ban this new account indefinitely? If it were to become banned indefinitely could I just ring eBay up and act like its my first time ever creating an ebay account and that I just turned 18? Yes, I know I should have gone stealth but its suprised me that the account is still up and running. Could it be that eBay Australia clean there system from inactive accounts from a few years ago?

No one here can give you a definite answer....just wait and see.

Buy the stealth book sold here read it from front to back only a few bucks and you leave with a understanding of the little simple things that one must do to have a safe account

Did eBay banned your first account because you were under 18? If that is the case, you can appeal to eBay if your account is banned again, because you are now over 18. If you are using real identity with this account, eBay should know who you are. Call eBay and explain to the rep that you are now over 18. Don't lie because eBay should have your past records.

I cannot give you a definite answer for your current account, but the way I see it, your account has a good chance of survival, unless you do something wrong like selling unlegit products or get too many defects.

If all fail, just use stealth account like many people here do.
